Terms of Use
Welcome to the Entalent Technical Assessment Platform (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Platform”). Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using our services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is primarily designed to assist companies, recruiters, and HR professionals in conducting technical assessments. It is not recommended for minors (under 18 years old) to register or use the Platform.
If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian before registering or using the Platform. If we discover that an account is being operated by a minor without proper authorization, we reserve the right to restrict its usage, including but not limited to test-taking, result viewing, or access to test data. Minors and their guardians understand and agree to bear any legal responsibility resulting from violations of applicable laws or these Terms.
1. Scope of Application #
These Terms apply to all individuals or entities who use the Platform, including but not limited to business users, HR professionals, recruiters, candidates, and visitors.
2. User Obligations #
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
- Securely manage your account and password, and not share access.
- Take full responsibility for all actions performed under your account.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable regulations.
- Avoid interfering with the system or harming other users’ rights.
3. Account Registration and Management #
- You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you. Do not impersonate others.
- Each account is for personal use only and must not be transferred or shared.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized use or suspicious activity.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. The Platform is not liable for any damage caused by negligence (e.g., lost data or submissions).
4. Prohibited Conduct #
You agree not to:
- Post false, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise illegal content.
- Engage in cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or unauthorized access.
- Reproduce, copy, screenshot, translate, or leak assessment content without written permission, including posting it to public websites or social media.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the Platform.
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property #
All content on the Platform, including assessments, system designs, software, and trademarks, is owned by the Platform or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Content submitted by users (e.g., code, answers, feedback) must be original or properly authorized. By submitting such content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use it for service operation, analysis, and improvement (excluding public or commercial use unless separately agreed).
6. User-Submitted Content #
Content you submit (such as answers, comments, or profile data) may be used within the Platform to support operations, testing, improvement, and analytics.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe upon third-party rights or violate laws.
7. Data Security #
We are committed to protecting your data and have implemented reasonable technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Service Suspension and Changes #
- We may suspend or modify services due to maintenance, upgrades, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., disasters, cyberattacks, or government orders), the Platform is not liable for resulting damages but will make reasonable efforts to resume services promptly.
- We reserve the right to delete data and records associated with deactivated accounts without notice.
9. Violations and Account Management #
To maintain fairness and integrity, the Platform may take actions including warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, submission removal, or termination without prior notice if any of the following occurs:
- Non-personal use of accounts (e.g., cheating, account sharing, impersonation).
- Distribution of malicious, infringing, or unsolicited content.
- Use of automated scripts, crawlers, or tools that disrupt the Platform.
- Attempts to disrupt test scoring, algorithms, or system operations.
- Posting misleading, harmful, or hateful content.
- Unauthorized mass reproduction or leakage of test content.
Appeals and Investigations #
If you disagree with a violation decision, you may appeal via email within 7 business days, including relevant explanations or evidence. The Platform will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe and reserves the final decision.
We may investigate suspicious activity using submission data, logs, and behavioral patterns. During investigations, we may temporarily restrict account access or features.
10. Payment and Assessment Credits #
This platform operates on a credit-based system. Members are required to purchase Assessment Credits (hereinafter referred to as “Credits”) to assign technical assessments. Currently, only One-Time Purchase options are available. All pricing and package details are subject to the latest information published on our official website.

Free Features: Registered members may use certain free features, such as managing candidate lists or browsing the assessment library (excluding full content). Assigning assessments or generating assessment links requires paid Credits.

One-Time Purchase (Test Packs): Members may purchase Credits in a one-time transaction. Credits have no expiration date, making them suitable for occasional, short-term, or flexible assessment needs.

No Subscription Plans: Subscription services are not currently available. If introduced in the future, additional terms will be provided.

Non-Refundable Policy: All purchased Credits are considered non-refundable digital content under The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales in Taiwan. Once purchased, Credits cannot be refunded or cancelled. Please confirm your needs before placing an order.

Pricing and Policy Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing, packages, or related policies at any time, with advance notice provided via the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability #
We strive to maintain secure and stable services. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform (e.g., data loss or missed opportunities).
This does not affect your legal rights. We remain liable for damages caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
12. Updates and Notifications #
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on our website or through in-app notifications. Continued use of the Platform implies your agreement to the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction #
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
