3. Data Storage and Retention

  • Storage location: Data is stored securely on servers located in Taiwan or with trusted cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) in accordance with industry standards.
  • Retention period: Unless otherwise required by law, your data will be retained for up to 12 months after you delete your account or terminate the service. It will then be securely deleted or anonymized.

  • For other requests, please contact us via email and provide verifiable identity information to ensure data security.
  • We will respond within 15 business days and handle your request in accordance with the law. If your request conflicts with legal obligations, affects third-party rights, or hinders platform operations, we may be unable to fully comply.

We will not deny you access to our services simply because you exercise your rights.
